Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT WD 550XED Wash-down Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your chipboard sheets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a dry contact from Fallas Automation's controller. The feeder will then dispense a single sheet (single shot feeder per start pulse) into the case. A low product sensor will be provided to detect a low product condition. The low product status can be received from Fallas through the J1 port. The feeder will be mounted by Fallas Automation.
