Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (2) MFT WD 600 Hygienic Wash-down Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your corrugated pizza circles from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to accurately place the product during line speed changes and ramp up/down. A start senor will signal the feeder to feed when a passing lug is detected. The feeders will be mounted onto a fixed height hygienic stand with leveling pads inline or 90 degrees to your conveyor.
