Project Scope: The proposed system will consist of a MFT 600 Hygienic Wash-down Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your corrugated products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor detecting a passing lug. If a pizza isn't present the feeder will skip that pocket using the skip sensor. The system will use the Accutipping Controller, with encoder feedback, to accurately place the product during ramp up and down along with any line speed changes. The system will have a 2 meter long APL to provide bulk loading capacity along with a 90 degree upgrade which will come in over the mechanical side of the feeder. The feeder will mount to a set height stand.
