Project Scope: This proposal consists of a MFT Automation 350 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to present bags onto a customer supplied and integrated conveyor at a rate of up to 40 per minute. A MFT Automation 350 IP3 Friction Feeder will gently separate your bags from an inclined stack and will transfer them one at a time with the onto the 375mm (14.86") long discharge of the feeder. A Vacuum Track Assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travel over the chamber will be used to best grip the product as they are fed (house vacuum supply). A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly with Diamond Support Plate be used to support the stack from the back as they products are fed. A Pneumatic Shaker will be mounted on the rear support assembly of the feeder to reduce friction between the products as they are fed and to assist with product flow. The MFT 350 IP3 feeder will set in demo mode to feed the bags at a user selected rate per minute onto an existing transport to be labeled by a customer supplied and integrated labeling machine. The customer is responsible for static control. An optional APL 2000-290 Automatic Product Loader (2000mm x 290mm) can be used to allow for an optimum stack height in the in feed magazine of the feeder and for increased in feed magazine capacity. The feeder and loader can be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. The feeder can be equipped with optional Accutipping Repeat controls with encoder consisting of and encoder mounted on your base conveyor to monitor its seeped. The computer controller of the feeder will change its speed and time to be certain that the feeder places the bags on the conveyor with consistent repeat regardless of its speed. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the existing transport. Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option at our standard rates. Options Available: As an option, a Multifeeder supplied static bar can be purchased to reduce static on the product as they travel on the discharge of the feeder. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder installation.
