Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 350XED Signature Series Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will use the Backer Repeat Controller, with encoder, to follow the speed of your line and place a product at a user settable spacing. The feeder will be started and stopped from the keypad on the feeder to enable and disable it from your existing conveyor. HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, APL 2000-350 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity.
