Project Scope: The proposed system consist of a MFT IP 550XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your flat cartons from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The stack will be supported with the HD 425 Heavy Duty Rear Support curve assembly. Once the feeder receives a dry contact from your controller the feeder will dispense a product. The feeder will come with a signal interface cable with flying leads to allow you to hook the feeder up to your controller. The feeder will be mounted by Custom ID. 15 degree angle brackets will be provided to have the discharge parallel to the floor. Optional items: Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder to follow the speed of your line and place a product at a user settable repeat distance.
Notes: Custom ID Solutions WO 2022046 4/7: In crate ready to ship 3/31: Ready to go, waiting on customer. 3/23: waiting for customer approval. Customer not in a hurry and they don't need it yet. Still pushing to get approval. 3/17: QA is done. Waiting for video approval 3/10: In production 3/3: Kicked off yesterday. 2/24: New order.
