Project Scope: The proposed systems consists of a MFT IP 350SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your cartons from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the cartons are transported through the discharge they will be labeled by the Impresso Label Applicator. An encoder based Continuous Accutipping Controller will accurately apply the label to the passing carton. Once the carton exits the discharge of the feeder the end customer will process. The system will be mounted onto a single stand assembly to provide mobility. The mechanical side discharge side guiding will be adjustable from the operator side of the feeder. The mounting assembly will be beneath the discharge of the feeder to maintain access to the top belts. Optional items: Catch Tray and Start Sensor to collect the products as they exit the discharge of the feeder into stacks (max stack height 3"), SC 2000-350 Shingling Conveyor to collect the products in shingled fashion onto a slow moving conveyor.
