Project Scope: This proposal consists of twelve Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Series Friction Feeder systems to present folded leaflets perpendicular to flow into the flighted in feed of your existing conveyor at a rate of 60 per minute. Each MFT 250 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will gently separate your products (up to 200mm or 7.87" wide) from a vertical stack and will transport them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. A Pneumatic Shaker will be mounted onto the rear support of the feeder to reduce friction between the products as they are fed and to assist with product flow. Each feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. The MFT 250 IP3 feeders will be signaled to feed a leaflet into the flighted in feed and will provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. Each feeder comes standard with Multiple Product Detection and Batch Count Mode. This proposal assumes that the customer will install and integrate the feeders with the existing flighted transport conveyor. Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option at our standard rates. Options Available: Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder Installation.
