Project Scope: The proposed system consists of three Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 IP3 XLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder systems to feed folded paper leaflets onto boxes traveling on your existing conveyor at a rate of up to 60 per minute. Each MFT 350 IP3 Friction feeder will gently separate your paper sheets (up to 300mm or 11.81" wide) from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 600mm (23.62") long discharge of the feeder. A Pneumatic Shaker will be mounted onto the rear support assembly of the feeder to reduce friction between the products as they are fed and to assist with product flow. Each MFT 350 IP3 will be signaled to feed a leaflet onto a box by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. Each feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. This proposal assumes that the customer will install and integrate the feeders with your existing conveyor system. Options Available: Options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and standard feeder installation.
