Project Scope: This revised proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 550 IP3 SS Stainless Steel Wash Down Friction Feeder systems to feed chipboard divider sheets into stationary cases traveling intermittent motion on your existing transport at a rate of up to 6 per minute. The feeder is specified to operate in a Class 1 Division 1 environment. The MFT 550 IP3 ED feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed magazine of the feeder and will transfer them one at a time onto the 200mm (7.87") long discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly with Diamond Support Plate Assembly will be used to support the stack from the back as they are fed. The chip board sheets will be fed into stationary cases that are traveling intermittent motion on your existing transport. The feeder will be equipped with an Input / Output board along with a custom wire harness assembly to allow the feeder to receive 24VDC signals from the host system controller. The signals include feed signal, feeder on, feeder off, auto on, auto off, and clear cancel. The MFT 550 IP3 Stainless Steel feeder is equipped with stainless steel cases, hex head fasteners, connectors, a wash down motor, and cables to accommodate wash down. The Stainless Steel feeder use case inside of a case design to allow for cleaning with water, steam, chemicals, or a mixture of them. Also included is a Stack Light Assembly for machine status at a glance. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeders with the existing conveyor. As an option, Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option. Options available: Options include a Signal Light, a Spare Parts Kit and Standard Feeder installation.

In production. 1/20: To production today. Shortages. Received passivated parts 1/13: Parts need to be sent out for passivation. Picking other parts in the meantime. 1/6:Samples arrived yesterday-Bay P2 on Pallet-3 Boxes. machine for Marzetti. does not need high level requirements in the quote. does not go into a class I/Division I environment anymore. going into a secondary food packaging area. parts estimated due date February 11. 12/30: In procurement 12/9: Received down payment yesterday. Kicking off today to procurement. 12/2: Still waiting on down payment. Said they were processing payment on 11/24. LL to follow up 11/18: Waiting on down payment.
