Project Scope: The proposed system consist of a MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products into the discharge section of the friction feeder. As the products are dispensed from the feeder the feeder will use Continuous Accutipping Software with encoder feedback to accurately place the product during ramp up/down and any line speed variations onto the passing base product. The relay interface box will provide a dry contact to your existing system if the feeder has a fault. The feeders will be mounted by Thales.
