Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder system to feed folded paper sheets into open cases traveling on your existing conveyor at a rate of up to 5 per minute. The MFT 250 Friction feeder will gently separate your paper sheets from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. A Pneumatic Shaker will be mounted onto the rear support assembly of the feeder to reduce friction between the products as they are fed and to assist with product flow. The MFT 250 V3 will be signaled to feed a sheet into an open case by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. This proposal assumes that the customer will install and integrate the feeder with your existing system. Options Available: The MFT 250 V3 can be configured with Batch Count Mode and/or Multiple Product Detection (Double Detection) as an option. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and standard feeder installation.
