Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder system to present plastic tags onto a existing conveyor with consistent repeat at a rate of up to 150 per minute. The MFT 250 V3 Friction feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 375mm (14.86") long discharge of the feeder. A Pneumatic Shaker will be mounted onto the rear support assembly of the feeder to reduce friction between the products as they are fed and to assist with product flow. The feeder will be signaled to feed the tags onto an existing conveyor one at a time with consistent repeat using Backer Repeat Mode. Backer Repeat Mode consists of an Encoder mounted onto your existing conveyor to monitor its speed. The computer timing compensation package of the feeder will adjust the speed and timer of the feeder to be certain that the tags are placed on the conveyor with consistent repeat regardless of it speed. The feeder can be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. As an option, the feeder cases can be painted in the customer's green color (RAL #6018) at additional investment. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with your existing conveyor. Multifeeder can provide mounting, integration, installation service as an option at our standard rates. Options Available: The feeder can be configured with Batch Count Mode and/or Multiple Product Detection as an option. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder Installation.
