Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an Impresso 4" pre-printed label applicator. The labeler will unwind your labels, up to 4" wide, and present the to the peel tip of the labeler. Once the start sensor detects a passing base product on your existing conveyor the Accutipping Controller with encoder will accurately place the product onto the top surface. The labeler will be mounted on a T-based stand with rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Optional items: Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact if the feeder is in a stop condition.
