Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (3) MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeders which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. JL Custom will provide the pressure roller, mounting, dry contact to fire the feeder via the J1 cable and integration of the unit. Optional items: High Performance Drive Package for speeds beyond 300PPM, Low-product Sensor Assembly to convey the need to replenish hopper supply, Static Bar with Mount to minimize the static effect, Reference-Marked Product Support Curve for quicker load, SIKO Counter Assembly set for quick numerical feed tension reference, and Product Support Pneumatic Shaker to assist with product feed.

Will send money when received from customer. 8/25: Spoke with customer, will be reviewing FAT video today. 8/19: Last of the 3 feeders should be in Integration tomorrow. 8/12: In production. They are requesting payment from their customer and will let us know when payment is wired. 8/5: No change 7/29: No update 7/8: Received down payment 7/1. Hunter checking one thing on workorder and then will kick off. 7/1: Waiting for down payment.
