Project Scope: The proposed system consists of two Multifeeder Technology MFT 550 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Series Friction Feeder systems to feed cardboard sheets into boxes traveling on an existing roller conveyor at a rate of up to 20 per minute. Lead time of 6 weeks on the feeders with 10 week lead time on the Automatic Product Loaders. Each MFT 550 IP3 Friction feeder will gently separate your products (up to 500mm or 19.64" wide) from a vertical stack and will transport them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly with Diamond Support Plate Assembly will be used to support the stack from the back as they are fed. Each MFT 550 IP3 will be signaled to feed a cardboard sheets into a box by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. The feeder will be mounted onto an optional HDSR 100-550 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. The feeder will be signaled to feed and will provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. An APL 3000-485 Automatic Product Loader (3000mm x 485mm) will be utilized to allow for an optimum stack height in the in feed magazine of the feeder and for increased in feed magazine capacity. A Photo Optic Sensor will be mounted in the in feed magazine of the feeder to monitor stack height. Once the stack drops below a pre-set level the loader will be signaled to replenish the stack. The feeder will be tilted back 15 degrees to allow for a smooth transfer from the loader into the feeder. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the existing transport conveyor. Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option at our standard rates.

Beds for APL picked up yesterday, delivering tomorrow. 8/12: Feeders are shipped. Waiting for last parts to build the APLs. Parts due to ship next Thursday. 8/6 update commission on work order to match approved proposal 8/5: Shipping today. ACH should come today. 7/29: Working on it now. FAT tomorrow morning. (Zoom) 7/8: Customer not happy with how project was framed. Feeder shipped first and then frame after. Shortages can't change it. 7/30 ship date is for feeders. 7/1: All parts are now on order. 6/24: Kicked off to procurement on Tuesday. 6/17: Waiting for down payment
