Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 750 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder system to feed chipboard sheets (wide edge leading) onto an existing conveyor at a rate of up to 6 per minute. The MFT 750 IP3 Friction Feeder will gently separate your sheets (up to 700mm or 27.55" wide) from an inclined stack and will transport them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly with Diamond Support Plate will be used to support the stack from the back as the sheets are fed. The sheets will be fed into the host machine for further processing. The MFT 750 IP3 will be signaled to feed and will provide feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. The feeder comes standard with Multiple Product Detection and can be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-750 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. This proposal assumes that the customer will install and integrate the feeder with your existing system. Optional items: Options include Batch Count Mode, a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder installation.
