Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder system to feed slip sheets (up to 300mm or 11.81" wide) into open cases traveling on a Pearson machine at a rate of up to 3 per minute. The MFT 350 V3 Friction feeder will gently separate your sheets up to 300mm (or 11.81") wide from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly with Diamond Support Plate will be used to support the stack from the back as they are fed. The MFT 350 V3 will be signaled to feed a sheet into a case and will provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. The Multifeeder Friction Feeder operates utilizing 120 VAC to 240 VAC (single phase). This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with your existing Pearson machine. Options Available: An optional MFT 350 IP3 SS XED Industrial Performance Stainless Steel Wash Down Friction Feeder can used to feed slip sheets automatically. The MFT 350 V3 can be configured with Batch Count Mode and/or Multiple Product Detection (Double Detection) as an option. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and standard feeder installation.
