Project Scope: The proposed system is for a batch counting system. The MFT 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will then separate and feed the products, individually, from a the in feed stack. As they are fed they will be counted into batches as they exit the feeder. The products will then be accumulated into batches in the ADT 350 Automatic Drop Table. Once the start sensor detects a passing lug the stack will transfer into your existing lugged conveyor and then automatically begin counting the next batch. Optional items: Serial Control for serial communication to the feeder, Serial Cable, Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, Ultra Sonic Double Detect Sensor, Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, The Timing compensation will time the drop with your lug system, Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.
