Project Scope: The system will consists of a MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your sheets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the sheets are fed they will be folded at, approximately, 90 degrees. The sheets will then be placed onto the passing boards once the start sensor detects a passing board. This proposal is contingent upon a test of customer supplied samples and a confirmation of project details. The system will mount inline to your existing conveyor using an extruded aluminum mounting frame.
