Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 300XED Hygienic Wash-down Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your sheets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor mounted over your existing line detecting a passing product. Once the product exists the discharge of the feeder it will be fed into the Forpak system. The feeder will be equipped with a Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder to provide timed product placement during ramp up/down and any The equipment will be mounted by Forpak.
Notes: Forpak WO 2021104 9/2: IIn 1st burn in. 8/26: Waiting for electrical to get done so production can finish building. 8/19: Production is as far as possible, waiting to get Electrical side of feeder back from EE. 8/12: No change 8/5: No change 7/29: No update 7/8: No update. 7/1: No Update 6/24: Everything on order 6/17: Majority on order. Looking for bin of parts 6/10: Majority on order 6/3: Demo for Pack Expo. Need it by end of August
