Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your pads from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with a vacuum feed belt (customer will supply vacuum source with control valve) to provide increased feeding friction between the feed belt and the product. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor detecting a passing lug on your existing equipment. The In Feed Stack Support will prevent the stack from falling backwards in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader will provide increased loading capacity to the system. The end customer will mount the feeder over their existing lugged conveyor. Optional items: MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to provide a longer discharge to extend over the guarding on the lugged in feed when being mounted onto the HDSR inline from the back, HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder to follow the speed of your wrapper and time the placement based on the speed.
Notes: Syntegon WO 2021097 8/5: In showroom doing final testing yesterday. Customer here today. 7/29: On track for FAT on 8/5 7/8: Customer elected to hold the feeder until the APL is ready. 7/1: Going through another burin in after motherboard swap. Should be in Integration Tuesday 6/24: No update 6/17: APL date - 7/26. Will build feeder and stand and integration with stand from demo room. Will ship to them and then they will send the APL back. (Feeder and stand ship first and APL will come later) 6/10: re-quoting part from Lead Industries due to lead time. Plan to build feeder and stand and loan them an APL from demo room. 6/3: Processed and quoting parts. 5/20: Kicked off early this week to procurement 5/13: Received down and prior to ship payment this morning. Kick off scheduled for tomorrow morning. 5/6: Waiting for down payment 4/29: New order as of this morning.
