Project Scope: This proposed system consists of one MFT 550IP3 XLD Stainless Steel Industrial Friction Feeder intended to separate, feed and transfer pizza circles via a XLD discharge. This MFT 550IP3 system will be want to be securely positioned to effectively and efficiently feed onto the pizza merging line. The pizza circles which range - measure from 6" to 16" in circumference, will be -pre-loaded via Automatic Product Loader _ APL 2000 (6'6" long) to provide horizontal fanning of products to the in-take hopper of this feeder. These will gently feed at a customer selected rate ranging from 60 to 160 products per minute respective to size, transfer via the 23.6" long XLD discharge, and deliver onto the customer supplied conveyor. The sensor assembly will alert the dispensing of the pizza circle onto the customer supplied lugged conveyor. Also so as to provide for flexibility and mobility of the MFT 550IP3 System, is a robust, height-adjustable cantilever design, base stand. Additional option to be included into this base configuration is an E-Stop Assembly with versatile placement fastening. The frozen pizzas on circle base, are then further conveyed down line to its wrapping phase. Validation testing for their two (2) size pizza circles, is included in this pricing proposal. APL is NOT S. Steel or using FDA materials. System configuration options include: Associated Spare Parts Kit, Stack-Light Assembly to give visual of running / no running status, Low-Product Sensor to give alert of low-product flow, and Product Support Pneumatic Shaker to give assist with product feeding.

Still hoping to ship tomorrow if FAT approval is received. 8/12: Moving to Integration tomorrow morning 8/5: Received most parts of the feeder. Will start on those tomorrow. 7/29: Waiting for left and right cases for feeder body. 7/8: APL is built. Waiting on passivated parts. 6/24: No update 6/17: No update 6/10: No update. 6/3: Parts on order as of this morning. 5/20: Kicked off to procurement 5/13: Steve out at facility and verified dimensions off layout drawing. ME release today. 5/6: Customer signed layout. 4/29: Received down payment on Tuesday. Kicked off to engineering yesterday.
