Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250XLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. The feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. It will be equipped with a XLD (596mm) long discharge. A start sensor will signal the feeder to feed based on a passing base product as it comes down your line. The feeder will accurately place the product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. The feeder will come with an extruded mounting frame to mount the feeder over your existing folder gluer.
