Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT 250FSLD Industrial Performance friction feeder that will feed your labels as they travel down the discharge. The samples will be fed upside down through the hopper and as they travel down the flexible discharge for a future integration of an Label Applicator to apply a security tag to the center of the label. The product will keep traveling down the flexible discharge at a 180 degrees and be placed onto the roll of tape. A motorized driven pressure roller will secure the label over the tape as it passes through the transport. The MFT 250 IP3 will have Accutipping Software for placement accuracy and be equipped with a photo optic start sensor signaling when to feed and label.
