Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology Signature Series Friction Feeder System ... Model MFT250V3 XED. This system provides for up to 7.87" in product width capacity and has a discharge length of 14.76". This client states their desire to feed 2-layered Flex PCB material onto a customer supplied conveyor for further processing. The product being fed is with dimensions of 38.89mm wide x 117.30mm long x .14mm thick, and will dispense at a customer select (but not limited to) 30 products per minute. This client has desire to purchase this MFT250V3 XED configuration in-house to gain experience and knowledge on need and functionality of future units.
