Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder system to leaflets (4.125" x 3.0625") for robot pick up at a rate of up to 20 per minute. The MFT 250 Friction feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. A Vacuum Track Assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber will be utilized to best grip the product as they are fed (house vacuum supply). A Pneumatic Shaker will be mounted onto the rear support assembly of the feeder to reduce friction between the products as they are fed and to assist with product flow. The MFT 250 V3 will be signaled to feed a leaflet for robot pick up and will provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. This proposal assumes that the customer is responsible for static control as well as mounting, installation, and integration of the feeder with your existing robotic solution.
