Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 350SLD Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will use an internal trigger to the feeder based on a user settable time interval. As the products are fed through the discharge of the feeder Dehao will apply a label with their existing labeler. The label will then be folded around the leaflet. Optional items: Multiple product detect to detect for double products as they are fed (sample testing required).
Notes: Shanghai Dehao Electronics Co., Ltd. W.O. 2020247 3/25: Hoping to get folding plow to us by the end of the week. Everything else is done except the plow. 3/18: Pulled. Waiting on plow fold to be received. Hoping early next week. 3/11: Starting in production next week. 3/4: Waiting for parts and turn in queue. 2/25: No change 2/18: Waiting for parts 2/11: Getting last of the parts on order. 2/4: In procurement. No wood packaging declaration? 1/28: Plow assembly sorted. Kick off to procurement scheduled for tomorrow morning. 1/21: Plow assembly - need to decide what to do. 1/14: Design Review meeting scheduled for this afternoon. if all good, Release should happen by Wed. next week. 1/7: In engineering. Working through folding plow. 12/17: Had initial kick off meeting this morning. Will need follow up kick off.
