Project Scope: The proposal is for (2) demo units which would make up a full tipping line. The first feeder is a base feeder, MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder, will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with the High Performance Drive Package to allow for speed greater than 300PPM and the Backer Repeat Software for use as a base feeder. It is recommended beyond 300PPM to go with HCP. The second feeder is a tipping feeder, MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder, will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with the High Performance Drive Package to allow for speed greater than 300PPM and the Continuous Accutipping Software for tipping. It is recommended beyond 300PPM to go with HCP. The encoder and start sensors for the feeders will be provided by Trimatt. The feeders will be for various products for your demo room so it is not quoted with any guarantees on a specific product performance.
