Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a (2) MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance base feeders which will separate and feed your base products onto your existing base conveyor. The dual stage tipping system will allow you to tip CR - 80 cards at +/- 1/32" placement tolerance at 92% efficiency up to 25,000 per hour. The dual stage system will consist of a MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance feeder which will separate and feed cards from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The cards will be fed into the Dual Stage 420HCP XED driven discharge where they will be accurately registered and aligned to the base product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. The quote also includes (2) single stage MFT IP 250XED HCP Tipping Feeders. The feeders will be mounted by PFS. Multifeeder we require a representative from Precision Finishing visit Multifeeder for the sign off of the dual stage system.
Notes: Precision Finishing Systems WO 2021032 6/3: Credit has been issued with cancellation fee. 5/20: Still working through cancellation 5/13: Discussions started to cancel driven discharge. Waiting for confirmation. 4/22: No change. Waiting on Mark Talley to make a decision 4/15: No change 4/8: Still waiting to hear if Talley will keep driven discharge or cancel. Thinks he is getting close to an order. 4/1 - Everything shipped except driven discharge. Waiting for Mark to decide if he will move forward or cancel. 3/25: Parts for discharge came in yesterday. 250 feeder complete. Driven discharge missing 3 parts. Should have it delivered no later than tomorrow. Waiting on parts for emitter receive pair. 3/18: Waiting on parts to come in for discharge. 3/11: 2nd shipment ready to go. (250, 350 and APL) - APL couriered today and remainder hope to ship tomorrow. 3/4: 250 and 350 should be ready to ship tomorrow. 350, 250 and APL shipping next week. Remaining 250 and driven discharge go last 2/25: No change 2/18: No change. Starting to build first set in two weeks or so. 2/11: Put priority on this project over other Precision job. This order will likely ship in three phases. 2/4: Solidified part dates and need to find affect on schedules. 1/28: Jim sent updates. Procurement needs to reprocess order 1/21: Released to procurement.
