Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder systems to feed A4 Booklets and backer cards into boxes traveling on an existing transport at a rate of up to 10 per minute. The MFT 350 V3 feeder will gently separate your products from in feed hopper of the feeder and will transport them individually onto the 375mm long discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly will be utilized to support the stack from the rear as they are fed. The feeder will be signaled to feed and will provide back a Cycle Complete signal via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. Each feeder will be configured with a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeders with the existing transport. Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option at our standard rates.
