Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your leaflets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the leaflets are individually transported through the discharge of the feeder a Cognex vision system will inspect the leaflet (1D, 2D or OCR). If the barcode does not match a preset a code or is missing the feeder will send a reject signal to the Douglas line. The feeder will still complete that batch of (6) but will send a reject signal for that batch. The system will mount onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers.

Should have FAT ready to send by end of day today. 3/25: In electrical for EE work. Hunter will help with setting up product. 3/18: No update--Production is working on 3/11: No update 3/4: No update 2/25: No update 2/18: No update 2/11: Everything on order. Waiting for parts to arrive and it's turn in production queue. 2/4: Got engineering samples out. Everything on order. Greg's team working on getting everything on order for EE. 1/28: Received engineering samples. Working out feed directions etc. with customer. 1/21: Waiting to receive engineering samples. EE needs to spec correct reader. Everything else on order. 1/14: No Change 1/7: Released to procurement. Everything on order 12/17: Waiting on payment. WO complete.
