Project Scope: Thank you for your interest in the industries best friction feeders available. We design and manufacture them in the United States at our factory in St. Paul, Minnesota. Multifeeder Technology’s superior equipment line-up will provide you with uncompromising quality and performance. Enclosed is our proposal for a quantity of two (2) Multifeeder Technology Industrial Performance MFT 350ED IP3 Units. These custom configured units will gently feed pre-loaded, folded pamphlets from the in-feed of the MFT 350IP3. The products consist of 4" x 5" pamphlets that will travel along the 7.87" ED discharge in a serial fashion, at a pace of 30 per minute (not limited to). The pamphlets will dispense into a box as it moves along the customer installed conveyor. Each system will incorporate a Low Product Sensor to alert of depletion of loaded pamphlets. The integration of a Keyence Barcode System will read, validate and provide for re-set as needed. Also, the MFT system will communicate with the conveyor to halt its movement in the event of a misfeed. These MFT 350IP3 and integrated Keyence systems, will be set up to function precisely as the previous installed units you have. Finally, the Stack-Light will provide a sound alarm and lamp visual of the product load level. Optional items include: Feeder Stand HDSR 1000, Dual Sensor/ Thick Product Assembly, Standard Spare Parts Kit, Product Support Pneumatic Shaker, SIKO Digital Position Indicators, Product Index Support Curve, and Static Bar w/ Mount Assembly.
