Project Scope: The proposed system consists of four Multifeeder Technology Signature Series Friction Feeder systems to each feed label sheets into the flighted in feed of a transport conveyor at a rate of up to 120 per minute. Two Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 V3 Friction Feeders will gently separate your sheets (up to 300mm or 11.81" wide) from an inclined stack and will transport them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. In addition, two Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 V3 Friction Feeders will gently separate your sheets (up to 200mm or 7.87" wide) from an inclined stack and will transport them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. Each feeder will be signaled to feed a sheet into the flighted in feed by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. Each feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. The stand will provide height adjustment through a crank handle on the stand. The feeders will also be equipped with Multiple Product Detection (Double Detection) and Batch Count Mode. SHIPPING: Best Way prepay and add, Have driver call (513) 498-2919 for delivery.
