Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 750 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Series Friction Feeder system to present paper bags up to 700mm (27.55") onto an existing Trojan Label transport conveyer with consistent repeat at a rate of 30 per minute. This proposal is contingent upon a test of customer supplied samples. The MFT 750 feeder will gently separate your products (up to 700mm or 19.68" wide) from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder and will transport them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. Two Heavy Duty Rear Support Assemblies will be utilized to support the stack from the back as they are fed. A Pneumatic Shaker will be mounted onto the Rear Support Assembly of the feeder to assist with product flow. This proposal includes a spare parts kit and a sales incentive for an order placed on or before October 30th, 2020. The feeder will be equipped with Backer Repeat Controls consisting of an encoder with wheel mounted on your base machine to monitor its speed. As the speed of the base machine changes, the computer timing compensation package will vary the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the bags are placed with consistent repeat regardless of the speed of the base machine. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the existing transport conveyor. Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option at our standard rates. Options Available: The feeder can be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-550 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder Installation.
