Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 250XED Signature Series Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your sheets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Once a start sensor detects a passing pad the feeder will dispense a product. A transfer plate will guide the product to the tip point. The end customer will mount the feeder to their existing line and provide the transfer roller to seat the product to the paver. Optional items: Cantilevered Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Multiple Product Detect to ensure only one product is fed, Accutipping with encoder to follow the speed of your line and accurately place the product.
