Project Scope: This proposal consists of two Multifeeder Technology MFT 550 IP3 SS Stainless Steel Wash Down Friction Feeder systems to feed chipboard divider sheets into stationary cases traveling intermittent motion on your existing transport at a rate of up to 45 per minute. The room temperature is 42-45 degrees and is damp. The MFT 550 IP3 SLD feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed magazine of the feeder and will transfer them one at a time onto the 600mm (23.62") long discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly will be used to support the stack from the back as they are fed. The chip board sheets will be fed into stationary cases that are traveling intermittent motion on your existing transport. A Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly with mounting bracket is included. The feeder will be equipped with an Input / Output board along with a custom wire harness assembly to allow the feeder to receive 24VDC signals from the host system controller. The signals include feed signal, feeder on, feeder off, auto on, auto off, and clear cancel. The MFT 550 IP3 Stainless Steel feeder is equipped with stainless steel cases, hex head fasteners, connectors, a wash down motor, and cables to accommodate wash down. The Stainless Steel feeder use case inside of a case design to allow for cleaning with water, steam, chemicals, or a mixture of them. Also included is a Stack Light Assembly for machine status at a glance. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeders with the existing conveyor. As an option, Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option. Options available: Options include a Signal Light, a Spare Parts Kit and Standard Feeder installation.
