Project Scope: This proposal consists of four Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder systems to feed cards into open cases traveling on an existing conveyor at a rate of up to 60 per minute. Each MFT 250 Friction feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. The MFT 250 V3 will be signaled to feed a sheet into a case by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. The Multifeeder Friction feeders run on 120 VAC to 240 VAC single phase. Each feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Roller for height adjustment and mobility. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with your existing conveyor.
