Project Scope: Enclosed is our proposal for three (3) Multifeeder Technology Industrial Performance 550IP3 Systems. This proposal is comprised of three (3) identical length discharge configurations … the XED @ 14.76". One station will position the MFT 550IP3 XED, and the 2nd station will provide for dual side-by-side MFT 550IP3 XED systems. The 2nd station is configured with two systems that can provide for 18" separation clearance in product delivery. This project process starts with and from its stacked position of the in-feed section, the gentle dispensing of various size sheeted products ... ranging from 8.5" x 8.75", to 13" x 13". These products will exit along the discharge in a continuous fashion, ranging from speeds of 1.4 to 18.9 pieces per minute. The MFT systems will place these sheeted products into box containers via / onto a customer installed product handling processing system, with coordinated collaborative robotic tasks. To ensure and enhance effective feeding of these products, the following accessories are recommended and quoted per system, in the main portion of this proposal: In-Feed Vacuum Chamber Belt Assembly, L-28 Vacuum Supply Complex for the In-Feed Belts, Product Pneumatic Shaker Assembly, Large Product In-feed Support, Stacklight Production Status Assembly, and a single Remote Keypad Assembly for a designated MFT 550IP3 XED System.
