Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350V3 ED Signature Series Friction Feeder system to feed paper sheets into your host machine at a rate of up to 35 per minute. The MFT 350 V3 Friction Feeder will gently separate your sheets from an inclined stack and will transport them individually onto the 200mm (7.81") long discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly will be used to support the stack from the back as the sheets are fed. The sheets will be fed into the host machine for further processing. The MFT 350 V3 will be signaled to feed and will provide feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. Once a dry contact is received from host machine, the feeder will dispense a product into their system. The feeder can either feed the sheets with the wide edge leading or with the narrow edge leading. The feeder can be equipped with an optional Low Product Detect Sensor and stack light to sense when the stack is below a user settable threshold and alert the operator through the stack light (machine status at a glance). The MFT 350 V3 can be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. The optional stand can provide height adjustment through a crank handle on the stand. Optional items: Other options include Multiple Product Detection (Double Detection), Batch Count Mode, a Spare Parts Kit, and Standard Feeder installation.
