Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder system to feed batches of envelopes into a Catch Tray for operator pick up at a rate of up to 7 batches of 50 per minute. The MFT 350 Friction feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly will be utilized to support the stack from the back as they are fed. The envelopes will be fed one at a time into a Catch Tray Pan with Magnetic Side Guides where they will be stacked and accumulated. A Photo Optic Start Sensor will be mounted in the tray to signal the feeder to replenish the tray once a stack is removed by the operator.
Notes: JBM Packaging W.O. 2020130 7/30: Working on filming video currently. Then will move to QA. 7/23: No Update 7/16: After JLS 7/9: Released to procurement. Being processed 7/2: New order. WO has been processed. Waiting for down payment to release to Procurement.
