Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (2) feeders. The first feeder, MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your sheets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the sheets are individually transported through the discharge they will be counted into batches. The batches will be accumulated in the ADT 350XLT Automatic Drop Table. Once a start sensor detects a passing lug the stack will transfer into your existing lugged in feed. The second feeder, MFT V 350XED Signature Series Friction Feeder, will separate and feed your top sheet into the existing lugged conveyor once the start sensor detects a passing lug.
Notes: MANAGED PACKAGING SYSTEMS W.O. 2020123 8/27: Customer approved fAT yesterday. Cleared QA. Try to ship today worst case tomorrow. Waiting for crate so most likely tomorrow. 8/20: Jim did work on feeder drop table. Jim will work on V feeder dial in on Monday. Coming for FAT on Wednesday. Bringing conveyor with them. 8/14: Pulled for production and being worked on. ADT is complete 8/6: In queue behind Grupo and Hallmark 7/30: Last of the parts due early next week. Start in production week of the 10th. 7/23: Last of parts due next week. 7/9: Been released to procurement. Layout drawing has been approved. 7/2: Received CAD file from customer for their line. ME revising Layout drawing to send today. 6/25: Waiting on info from customer/Jim (width and height of flow wrapper collator line). Down payment will be sent next day air today.
