Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Once a lug is detected by the start sensor the feeder will feed and fold a product in half then dispense the product into your lugged conveyor. The system will be mounted by International Packaging. Optional items: HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Continuous Accutipping Controller to accurately place the product into your lugs during line speed changes.
Notes: International Packaging WO 2020118 8/6: Shipping to customer via courier. 7/30: Integration this morning. Need samples. Will overnight to us by tomorrow. 7/23: Parts in inspection from shop. Need to go to plate. All parts are in house. 7/16: Everything on order except belts. 7/9: Kicking off to procurement tomorrow. 8/4 must hit date 7/2: Will be released to Procurement early next week. 6/25: In Engineering queue. Waiting to be worked on. 6/18: Kicked off to engineering on Monday. Received engineering samples Tuesday and a few more today. Joel working on it. 6/11: New order. Need WO to process and kick off
