Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (2) MFT V 350XED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. GBF will provide the start sensor which will signal the feeder to dispense a single product into the lug. The systems will mount onto a cantilevered stand on rollers upgrade to allow you to mount it inline. Optional items: Batch Count Mode to allow the feeder to feed multiple products per batch, Multiple Product Detect to scan the products for doubles as they are fed (requires product testing), eZ Tipping Mode with encoder to time the feeder placement to your existing conveyor.
Notes: GBF Inc. WO 2020116 7/16: Feeders shipped today. Both stands came in today. Stands will get packed up. Hope to ship tomorrow. 7/9: In production 7/2: No Change 6/25: No change 6/18: Processed in procurement. Waiting for parts 6/11: New order. Processing in procurement.
