Project Scope: The proposed system will consist of a MFT V 250ED Signature Series Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will separate and count the products into batches once the operator activates the foot switch. Once the batch count has been reached the feeder will pause until the operator activates the switch again. The 2 meter long Automatic Product Loader will provided increased horizontal loading to the system. Optional items: Vacuum Chambers and vacuum Piab for increased feeding support (sample testing will determine if needed and/or recommended), HDSR 1000-250 Stand on Rollers for mounting the feeder.
