Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder system to feed batches of temperature strips onto an existing conveyor for operator pickup at a rate of up to 30 batches of 10 per minute. The MFT 250 Friction feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. A Vacuum Track Assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber will be utilized to best grip the product as they are fed (house vacuum supply). A pneumatic Shaker Assembly will be mounted onto the rear support assembly of the feeder to assist with product flow. The MFT 250 IP3 be signaled to feed and provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. Alternatively the feeder can be set in the demo mode to produce a user selected number of batches of specific count per minute automatically. A Pneumatic Shaker mounted to the rear support assembly will help with product flow. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the existing conveyor. Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integrations services as an option at our standard rates.
