Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (2) MFT IP 550SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be transported through the discharge section of the feeder. The discharge will be equipped with a Vac-Trac upgrade to expose the top surface of the product. There will be a roller beneath the print zone to provide a flat print surface for your existing thermal printer. As the products exit the discharge of the feeder they will be handled by the operator. The thermal printer and mounting will be supplied by Videojet and Multifeeder will mount and integrate (integration defined as powering up the printer and running it with the feeder) it over the discharge of the feeder. Videojet will be responsible for providing the correct printer for the application along with general mounting frame for the thermal printer. The samples will need to be flat, consistent and loaded properly for proper operation. The speeds listed in the proposal are the speed of the feeder. Actual system speeds may be less based on the thermal printers requirements. Virtual FAT via zoom scheduled for 2pm this afternoon. 6/4: Outstanding silicone roller to production. Tony working on 2nd machine. 1st machine in Integration. Videojet tech will be here Tuesday and Wednesday next week. Live zoom on Wed 6/10 at 2:00pm 5/28: Rings should be here today if not already. Will get 1st of 2 machines to Integration when they arrive. A few parts outstanding for 2nd machine. 5/21: Remaking rollers. Waiting on retaining rings. 5/14: In production currently. Moving to Integration early next week. Videojet tech tentatively scheduled week of 5/25. 5/7: In queue behind Iwai. 4/30: No change. 4/23: No changes. Waiting for parts. 4/16: No change. 4/9: Received printer mounting. Waiting on parts (due 3rd week of May) Customer pushing. 4/2: Received printers from Videojet but haven't received printer mounting. Waiting for parts to come in. 3/26: Everything on order. Waiting for parts. 3/19: Only remaining part to order is a silicone print roller. 3/12: Fully processed in procurement. Quoting parts. 3/5: Got necessary items from engineering yesterday. Released to procurement yesterday afternoon. 2/27: Kick off scheduled for tomorrow morning. Will move to procurement after kick off. 2/20: Received down payment and prior to ship payment today. 2/13: New order. Need workorder from sales.
