Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP3 350XED Industrial Series Friction Feeder with it's High Performance Package. This robust system which will separate your products from the hopper stacked position and will be signaled to feed in a batch-count mode. These booklet products have dimensions of 11" wide x 8.5" long, and stapled with to achieve 1/8" thickness. They will feed with the 11" wide dimension with stapled side leading, via the 14.76" long XED discharge, dispense stacked batches of 25 products, and assemble them with an Automatic Drop Table System. These uniformed stacked batches of 25 quantity will be presented onto a customer supplied conveying system and will proceed to its wrapping task, into a customer supplied, Sitma Infeed System. The MFT 350IP3 Feeder system will be secured on a height adjustable stand, for mobile and flexible positioning.
Notes: CAM Packaging Systems W.O. 2020099 8/27: Shipping today 8/20: FAT video sent. Waiting for response with approval or more questions. 8/14: Making progress with tough product from the customer. Peter helping Int team with different ideas. 8/6: Steve starting on this again. Integrating a pneumatic valve. Will see if that solves problem. Product is challenging and customer understands. Will pay after approval of FAT video. 7/30: In Integration. Working at slow speed. Product is really challenging. Getting clarification from customer. 7/23: No Update 7/16: After JLS. 7/9: No change 7/2: Waiting its turn in queue and for parts to arrive. 6/25: Parts on order. 6/18: Received samples and upgrade PO. Processed through procurement. 6/11: Had call yesterday and another one today to discuss batching operation. Received down payment. Might need a change order for serial communication. 6/4: No change on payment status. 5/28: Still no update from customer on payment. On hold until we get payment. Kicked off. 5/21: Waiting for their customer to pay. Had kick off but waiting for down payment to move forward. 5/14: Need down payment. Needs to be processed. Will have it done by tomorrow. 5/7: New order.
