Project Scope: The system will begin with an operator hand placing the clam shells onto a 2 meter long conveyor which will transport the clam shells past the MFT 150PA Print and Apply Labeler. The clam shells will be registered with side guides to ensure they are squarely presented to the labeler. As they pass the MFT 150PA Print and Apply Label applicator a label will be printed with the Lot/Date/Harvest date codes then applied to the top.
Notes: SHIPPING NOTES: They need a drop bed truck. Break into smaller pallets as they don't have a forklift. Dream Harvest WO 2020086 9/24: Packaged now. Complications of needing a truck with a lift gate for delivery. 9/17: Back in Integration. Matt to work on a little today. Should FAT video of machine tomorrow. 9/10: SATO engine in. Running this morning. Tentatively running well. Ready to turn over to Integration. 8/27: Sent label material samples to SATO. They can run them on their print engine. Getting one on order. Hopefully solution to move forward. 8/20: Waiting for feedback from Zebra and Sato on label samples. 8/14:Received new labels. These new labels did not solve the problem. We are sending label samples to other print engine vendors to see if they are able to run them. 8/6: Label manufacture set to print new labels this week. Hope to receive early next week. 7/30: Received samples but same as the ones with problems. Haven't heard from customer yet. On hold. 7/23: No Update from customer new label samples. 7/16: Waiting for word back from Dream Harvest label provider. 7/9: Going back and forth with customer and label supplier. Waiting on timeline for sample rolls. On hold until we receive rolls 7/2: Final received feedback from zebra on needed label/liner modifications to run on their print engine. Relayed these to the customer. The customer is working with the labeler supplier to have new labels made. No timeline as of now on when these will be received. 6/25: Waiting for info from Zebra on label samples. Labels in current state can't be run on printer 6/18: Waiting for info back from Zebra on label samples. 6/11: Moved to Integration this morning. Print and Apply labeler with Ryan. 6/4: Pulled and in production queue. 5/28: Been picked. In production queue. 5/21: No change. 5/14: Still waiting on a few parts. In queue behind Abbott and Chem Serv 5/7: In procurement. Parts being ordered. 4/30: ME completed design work. EE waiting for finalized quote from QC Conveyors and then can release to procurement. 4/23: Kicked off yesterday. Ed got a quote back from QC this morning. Need to review and make a decision.
