Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 550SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The cartons will be transported through the discharge of the feeder to allow Videojet to integrate their printer and camera inspection system. If a bad product is detected VJ will send a signal to the Multifeeder controller which will reject on error. Multifeeder will time the activation and duration of the reject fingers to reject the product. The feeder will continue with the count and makeup for the removed product to provide full counts. The system will be mounted by the end customer onto an exiting table top or cart. Optional items: HDSR 1000-550 Stand on Rollers to mount the feeder.
Notes: Videojet Technologies - HQ W.O. 2020082 5/21: Still working on it in Integration. 5/14: Tech was here yesterday and today. Working through minor issues with printer communication to the controller. Making progress. Tech will probably be back tomorrow. Hope to film video tomorrow if all goes well. 5/7: Moved to Integration yesterday. Working on printer and camera mounting for ink jet printer and camera inspection. Reject fully mounted. Videojet tech will be here 5/13 and 5/14 to get dialed in. Trying to ship 5/18 if all goes as planned. Both payments were on 5/6 check run. 4/30: Tracked down outstanding pneumatic cylinder and outstanding part from shop. After Trimatt in queue. Videojet tech planning to come in house on 5/19. 4/23: Kicked off Tuesday morning. In procurement.
